Cancellation Policy
At MF Guitar Pickups, we strive to provide a smooth and professional consultation experience. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your session. 1. Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked in advance through our website or directly via email. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept payments via square.com. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. 3. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 4. Session Guidelines Consultations will be conducted via [Zoom, phone call, in-person, etc.]. Please ensure you are prepared and available at the scheduled time. If there are any technical issues or unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost. 5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation preventing attendance, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
