  • We ship directly to the UK, Republic of Ireland (ROI), and worldwide (excluding the EU).

  • We do not ship directly to the EU, but our products are available through affiliated EU stockists. Please check with our official distributors for availability.

 

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom orders or special requests may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

  • UK & ROI: Standard and express shipping options available at checkout.

  • International Shipping (Excluding EU): Delivery times and costs vary based on location and service selected.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

 

Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped using reliable courier services and include tracking where available.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

  • MF Guitar Products is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen postal disruptions.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MF Guitar Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and exchange policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which grants customers the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

  3. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

  • If you need a different product, please request a return and place a new order.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items
