Cancellation Policy

At MF Guitar Pickups, we take the utmost care when handling and servicing your instrument. However, by booking our fitting, setup, or consultation services, you acknowledge and agree to the following indemnity terms. 1. Limitation of Liability While we exercise professional care in all fitting and setup procedures, MF Guitar Pickups is not responsible for any unforeseen damage that may occur during the service, including but not limited to: Pre-existing structural or electronic issues that may lead to failure. Fragile, aged, or worn components that may break during installation. Manufacturer defects or hidden weaknesses in the instrument. 2. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for disclosing any known issues or modifications to their instrument before service. If additional risks are identified during service, the client will be informed before proceeding. MF Guitar Pickups will not be held liable for damages resulting from undetected or underlying issues. 3. Indemnification Agreement By booking a service, the client agrees to indemnify and hold MF Guitar Pickups, its owner, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from accidental damage during the fitting or setup process. 4. Repair and Compensation If damage occurs due to negligence on our part, we will assess the situation and may offer a reasonable resolution at our discretion. Any compensation or repair offered will not exceed the service fee paid by the client. By proceeding with any fitting, setup, or modification service, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms of this indemnity policy.
